REFUND POLICY

TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION

In unavoidable circumstances, clients can transfer their registration fees to a substitute
speaker/ delegate / next annual conference organized by us without additional costs. Registration Transfer must be made by the registered client in writing to info@www.theresearchgate.com

If the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person or event, then the following refund arrangements apply: Keeping in the view of advance payments towards Venue, Printing, Shipping, Hotels and different overheads, we needed to keep Refund Policy is as following slabs and all bank charges will be for the registrants account.

  • Before 90 days of the conference: Eligible for Full Refund ( 7% towards service fee deduction )
  • Within 90-60 days of Conference: Eligible for 50% Refund
  • Within 60-30 days of Conference: Eligible for 40% Refund
  • Within 30 days of Conference: Not eligible for Refund
  • In case of VISA refusal, the paid amount can be transferred to the other conference, or can be refunded as per time policies mentioned above.

Note: Refunds will be made within 15 working days from the time of your request approval.

Virtual Conferences: No refunds will be given for any TRG 2020 virtual conferences registration fees paid
