Dr. Richard Jordan, D.Min.; MDIV; SHRM-CP

Dr. Jordan is a 15-year veteran of Human Resources in the Private and Higher Education Sector, now serves as a Desk Partner, with the Higher Education Search Team at Kaye/Bassman International. No matter what area of work he has been in, Richard has been passionate about the possibilities of great people connected with  great opportunities and challenges.  He now brings that passion to Nurse education. 

Building relationships with Nurse Educators helps uncover candidates that will be the right fit for both the role and the candidate’s experience and drive. Both employers and candidates appreciate Richard’s transparency and communication in the search process, as he provides sound advice that guides them toward success.

Dr. Jordan served over a decade in the HR industry outside of recruitment in administrative and key leadership positions. Richard’s experience in Higher Education is supported by 15 years as a minister and his Doctorate of Ministry, focusing on Adult Education, Leadership and Organizational Development, a Master of Divinity/Master of Science from Abilene Christian University, and his Bachelor of Arts from Lubbock Christian University.

Richard has become a strong Nurse Educator advocate.  He has developed different nurse leadership think tanks and networking groups focused on the further development and support of Nursing programs, faculty, and nursing as a profession.   Dr. Jordan is committed to a high standard of customer service at Kaye/Bassman by building genuine relationships with his candidates and clients.
