Multicultural Counselor/Coach
Lilly is motivated, energetic and talented counselor/coach driven to inspire clients to pursue what they want to do in their lives. Strives to create a challenging and engaging learning environment in which clients become life-long learners. She is a detail-oriented professional who works and communicates well with others. Experience working successfully with diverse populations and the ability to adapt to a changing environment, work under pressure and meet required deadlines.
Lilly is from Burma/ Myanmar but living in Seoul, and married to Korean. She is the founder of Lilly Multicultural Coaching & Counseling Research and practicing as a multicultural counselor/coach for the diverse population in South Korea since 2014 to present. In 2019 she joined GmoneyTrans (remittance services for consumers around the world) as a consultant. She also serves as a President of Myanmar Worker Welfare Center in South Korea since 2018 to present. She started Facebook live educational programs in 2017.
Education
She has had a “diverse” education background, currently she is the PhD Candidate in the Education Department of Multicultural Education at Hanyang University, Seoul, South Korea (2016-Present). Her PhD research is on “Acculturative Stress’s Migrant Workers in South Korea”. She completed Master in Counseling and Coaching Degree from Yonsei University, Seoul, South Korea in 2015. She has participated in the live activity titled “Coaching in Leadership and Healthcare” at The Harvard Medical School, Boston, MA, USA in 2016 and 2017. She got her family counseling license from Korean Family Cultural Counseling Association, Seoul, South Korea in 2013. She got Degree of Associate of Science in Nursing from Advent Health University, Orlando, FL, USA in 2009. She got Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Spicer University, Pune, India in 1994.
Awards
She got several awards on gratefully acknowledge on mankind love and humanity from Seoul, Red Cross Hospital; Smile for Children from Bundang Seoul National University Hospital and Yangon General Hospital; and Leadership and Social Service Activities from Seoul, Hanyang University.

She was appeared in two major TV channels in Korea call SBS TV ” 의사소통 어려워요’ 다문화 가족 ‘불안증’ 심각” in 2014 and ARIRANG TV “ARIRANG SPECIAL 30회 At the Edge of a Cliff, Finding Hope in Korea” in 2012.
