About Noura Farih, BSN, RN, CCRN
Noura Farih is currently the Critical Care Nurse Professional Development Specialist at UT Southwestern Medical Center. She started her career as an RN in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit and gained experience as a preceptor, charge nurse, and ECMO Specialist. Noura then became the Unit Based Educator for the CVICU where she piloted different initiatives such as Device Day, CVICU Mock Code, and ICU boot camp. Her passion for education, project management and nurse center initiatives led her to begin a master program on Nursing Innovation.
